The Special Events Coordinator for the A.N.D Program plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing various special events for the program. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and strong communication abilities. The Special Events Coordinator will work closely with the A.N.D Program team to ensure the successful implementation of events that align with the program’s goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Collaborate with the A.N.D Program team to identify, develop, and plan special events that support the program’s mission. This includes determining event objectives, themes, and target audiences.
- Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects of the events, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, equipment rentals, and catering services. Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance are obtained.
- Budgeting and Finance: Develop event budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain
